I enjoy hanging and having fun with family and friends. I have a great wife and 2 awesome boys!! I am easy to get along with and bottom line just love to have fun. Life is precious and I feel it's meant to be enjoyed!

I have been involved and studying marketing and internet marketing for years. I continue to learn everyday since I live it, love it and things change at a rapid pace.

I have seen the "guru" products come and go. At the end of the day it comes down to taking action and making the effort to get things going in a positive direction. There is no one magic solution that catapults you to the next level like the "guru's" sell people or promise them.

Think about it for a second... A "guru" may have found one marketing solution that kicks ass but when the "guru" sells the magic solution, everyone is trying it and that magic solution loses it's magic.

JV = Joint Venture

I do look for experts in their field and like to JV with them. How it works is the expert explains what they do and keep doing what they love by staying focused on their expertise. I create the marketing and products around their expertise and we have something to go out and market. This makes it a win/win for us both and we both do what we love. Doesn't get any better than that!

Properties should have a minimum of an 8% CAP Rate, and will seriously consider higher CAP Rates. Properties should be owned by Motivated Sellers willing to consider creative financing. Seller must be willing to provide an Income and Expense Report, for the last 24 months, to allow our team to perform initial due diligence to determine if the property meets our investment objectives.
