I'm a guy from Norway with an American wife. I'm investing in houses in North east Ohio. So far i have bought 8 houses in North East Ohio. I am renting them.

Real Estate Experience

Have bought 8 houses and looking for more.

Real Estate Goals

Build a portefolio of singel family homes that i can rent. Later on if marked turns I would also start buy and flip houses. Im not takeing out profit for personal use. Only reinvest the money made for more properties.
My goal used to be to have 15 houses in 5 years. I have raised it to 30. by 2014.

Currently Seeking

Seeking some good lenders that can see the potential in this business and cashflow.
