In my own words...

I'm 31, married and have 3 children. My wife, Andrea, and I have 9 years under our belt. Michaela (6), Adam (4) and Anna (10mo) do keep us busy. We live with my wife's parents and have done so for over 4 years now. My goal is to get us into a house of our own this year (2008). In the process, we've been able to pay off all but one of our debts. Debt free is a great phrase, and we'd like to keep it that way. We attend Calvary Baptist Church and are believers in the One True God.

Real Estate Experience

In 2001 I bought my first house (REO) and sold it a week after I put it on the market. It gave me $21,000 at close. Since then I've done a few more, but since the housing crunch here in Michigan I was unable to sustain the flip mentality. I then got into construction where I learned roofing, siding, drywall, painting, lawn care, snow plowing, electrical and plumbing. I can do just about anything.

Real Estate Goals

My goals are to retire in 5 years...not having to rely on someone else to control my income. I would like to flip houses and have some rent/hold properties as well. I think 10 is a good number to hang onto at all times. Since I'm starting over again, I'm looking for people that would split profits in a partnership deal. I'm open to just about anything.
