just an average guy chasing the American Dream.

Real Estate Experience

Real Estate Goals

To create enough cash flow to get out of the rat race and to help others along the way.

Currently Seeking

to sell our 32 unit apartments and trade up to a 50 unit apartment building in ATL.

Hey Brad, I appreciate the comment on my site about the Buffett Article. I tried to go to your site and post a comment, but I wasn't able to do it. Anyway, glad to see you are still actively pursuing real estate. Best of luck to you. Michael Rogers
