This affiliation ensures that our clients attain the lowest purchase price possible to purchase Bank owned Foreclosures. We purchase the lowest priced bulk inventory foreclosure "Tapes" of properties all over the United States, and has a planned Exit strategy with sources in the United States and throughtout Europe. We offer a great platform to merge banks, REOS, Developers and investors best interest.
B) If the client requires assistance with their Exit strategy, we will consult with your team for the best possible return on the investment. We have the ability to have buyers for these properties before we take the possession using either our wholesale or retail purchasing base. There are many smaller wholesalers and investors who rely on your greater purchasing powers to supply them with smaller inventories of investment property that they then either retail or flip to end users.
