I am a part time Real Estate Investor/Agent.

Just recently taken down 2 REO's.

Tried the short sale route, and could not get it to work.

I have been "dabbling" in real estate investing for several years now. I have had my RE license. I basically got it so I could earn a commission on my own deals.

I also have some experience with note buying & selling using self directed IRA's. (ps. SDIRAs can be a great source of private money)

Create a recurring stream of income of 15k per month, by end of 2009
