RE Investor - own some rentals plus have own rent-to-own company in BC.
Have formed a few LLCs in the U.S. to get involved in real estate there, particularly in Arizona, Georgia and Nevada. I have an extensive Buyers List for mostly commercial properties - nationwide.
Experience
We incorporated our rent-to-own business in 2007 to assist tenants to become home owners. We also have personal rentals and other real estate investments. I have been learning about the U.S. market, in particular commercial properties for sale in the U.S., and matching my buyers with properties that are for sale.
