Lets see. I'd like to learn wholesaling. I've just started marketing for investor/buyers. I'll list my methods at some point as i've had some good results. Not really sure about the mechanics of a deal. If anyone knows of a good inexpensive course with the contracts and step by step details I'd be grateful for the info. If your in north carolina and are starting off investing i'd like to meet you. I've found that when your accountable to your peers you get more done.

I currently own 1 rental property that i purchased when i was 21. Thats the extent of my experience.

Real Estate Goals

I'd like to build a strong investor/buyer list and eventually automate finding deals. I'd like to reach the point of doing 2-4 wholesale deals a month and slowly branch out into other investment avenues.
