I’ve been a Realtor the past 4 years assisting clients in attaining their personal real estate goals. Mainly working with fellow investors, as it seems they are the best fit for me, with like-minded, entrepreneurial spirits like myself. I started my real estate career in New Home Sales and moved on to Residential Sales where I’ve been the last 3 years concentrating in the REO field. I have extensive experience with all aspects of REO having been a member of 2 large REO teams. Also during this time, I’ve been involved in several Rehab partnerships. Rehabbing is my main focus, as I love the challenge and the experience of it all. I always learn something new and valuable each time.

My short term goal is to find a money partner to complete as many Rehabs as possible this year and take advantage of the FHA 90-day flip waiver, as well as obtaining my Broker’s license this quarter so that I will be free to pursue my Real Estate endeavors as I see fit.
