I have invested in tax lien certificates for a couple years now, and made my first real purchase in early 2010. I now have two properties brining in rent money, but have put my buy strategy on hold while I educate myself a bit more.

My immediate goals are to educate myself in my area of interest, and complete a sound business plan. The plan will 1) outline the path to becoming a full time investor by mid 2012. 2) Define my strategy to building the base of a lasting business. The end goals are to have freedom to travel, the ability to control how my hours are spent, and finally to get involved in philanthropy on an international level.
