I have been investing in Real Estate since 2002 in the DFW area of TX. I also originate mortgages primarily for investors with a heavy focus on Blanket Mortgages.
Experience
Primarily rehabbed most of my own properties for the first 3 years. Built 4 new houses along the way in 2004. Also wholesaled a few houses from 2002 to 2005. Took a couple of years off and originated mortgages. Now I'm back in the game. I still originate mortgages however I primarily work with investors doing hard money and blanket mortgages.
Real Estate Goals
I'm primarily working the wholesale side of the business for now and will start rehabbing again soon.
