I'm a real estate investor based in tampa, florida and northern new jersey.My primary interest is in wholesaling REO's and short sales.I'm currently looking to work with new realtors who are aggresive and motivated to get deals done. I'm always willing to entertain properties in which the owner(s) are very motivated to sell and looking for a quick closing. In this particular market that we are in currently, many of the homes out there today are overleveraged, meaning that the homeowner may be behind on payments and looking to sell immediately but they may owe more on the mortgage than the home is even worth.
