I am an investor that has dabbled in RE for the last 4-5 years. I partnered up with another individual the beginning of '09 and went full time. We have mainly concentrated on rehabs for most of the year and have been able to turn 16 properties in the Boise, ID and Phoenix,AZ market.

I have dabbled in RE investing for the last 4-5 years mainly with rental properties and an occasional rehab. The beginning of '09 I teamed up with another individual and went full time. Our focus for most of the year has been rehabbing and to date we have turned 17 properties in the Boise, ID and Phoenix, AZ market.

Real Estate Goals

Our goal is to continue to generate cash flow through rehabbing and wholesaling techniques along with building long term wealth through buy and hold strategies.

Currently Seeking

We are seeking a forum to constantly learn new techniques and stay ahead of the curve in market trends. We are currently pursuing the market of SS using Trans. Funding for the A/B, B/C techniques. With the lenders becoming more and more savvy we are looking for any bit of information to help us navigate through the transactions with as little resistance as possible.
