My partner and I are REIs that handle wholesale, probate, REOs, Lease Options and more in Northern, Ca and Houston, Tx.

Currently Seeking
100% RE funding using equity in purchased properties as collateral for reasonable rates and terms. Up to 70% ARV, $200K per house and duplexes less than $300K each. The loan will cover all costs (Buy, Rehab, Resell) and still leave enough for furture working investment capital for the next round of properties.
