Silicon Valley Engineer that is into real estate investing. Started five and half years ago by purchasing new homes in AZ and NM. Looked at them as investment (appreciation potential with slight negative cash flow).
Real Estate Goals
Taking a more conservative approach and to gain cash flowing properties. Appreciation would be a bonuse but will not be the priority like I used to think.

More knowledge on flipping (to build capital faster for bigger deals) and to seek cash flowing properties for passive income.
