I am married with two children. Own my home in a small city, work in a large city and hour away, and want a business to piddle with on the side but never seem to take an idea far enough to get things rolling.

I am the type who thinks of a new business idea, invention, or money-making scheme every week for years now but I never end up doing anything with them.

Experience

Currently a licensed agent. I have remodeled one home and sold it for a nice profit and will do the same with the home we currently live in. We bought it to resell.

I bought some commercial property as an investment but have not been able to rent it for what I perceive to be enough rent to make it worth while. It is not producing income as of now.

Real Estate Goals

Obtain my broker's license and open my own brokerage. I want to offer a brokerage which markets properties to a much larger target audience than what is currently available to sellers in my area.
