I am a retired plant manager i have purchased
several homes(negotiated sale or buy) for family
members and would very much like to invest
full time.I have studied for several years and i
think its time to get on with it.Bigger Pockets has
been and will continue to my source for concise
and up to the minute information. Thanks guys
for your insight and encouragement............
God Bless
I have been active in real estate for over twenty
years. While i had no formal education,my relatives owned and managed property all over
the Chicagoland area.So i started from he ground up janitorial, cutting grass, painting, etc.
Purchasing my first home is what ignited a desire
to learn the purchasing aspect of the business.
Along with my home i purchased several other
properties and assisted family members with the
purchase of theirs,12 in all.So after 25 years as
a plant manager and retiring early i decided to
do deals full time.Had i known the enjoyment
i got out of real estate i would have taken a
different career path
I am in the process of training my children and
continuing my education as well,to purchase
property,establish a family business.We intend to
train individuals to do the same perhaps with an
501c3 entity. We believe in giving back and we
believe that creating jobs is the best way to do it.
I am currently looking for sub-2 property and
also for a company or individual to donate a
building for the training program we are in the
process of establishing

Thanks for the add. You're not too far from me. I might look into Chicago some, a lot more opportunities up there, especially in multi-family! Have a great weekend! 01:47PM on October 15, 2010 · Matthew Hunt |
