I am a part-time wholesaler in Pittsburgh, and a full-time dad. I am in the process of wholesaling one house a month so that my wife can stay at home with my five children. That is my short term goal, my long term goal is to live life with out worrying about when the next check is coming.
Experience
I have done about a year of reading many discussion forums and discussing investing with some friends. Now that I have gotten over the first hump (FEAR), I am looking for several wholesale opportunities.
Real Estate Goals
I am wholesaling for the short term, the long term is to gain some properties with positive cash flow.
