I am a seasoned real estate flipper and state certified appraiser. I have offices in New Orleans and Lafayette and am willing to physically cover the entire state of Lousiana and maybe Mississippi as well. Looking for leads and/or partners in REO and Wholesale that make sense. Some to flip - some to hold. Prefer to invest in stater homes and smaller projects that move quickly.

Know this business inside and out, but am new to short sales and bulk tapes.

Real Estate Goals

To rehab and flip properties with the goal of funding a manageable rental portfolio to sell down the road when the market rebounds.

Currently Seeking

Looking for leads and/or partners in REO deals that make sense. Some to flip - some to hold. Prefer to invest in stater homes and smaller projects that move quickly. Would be intersted in cherry picking some Gulf area properties or taking down a very small local tape, but am only interested in properties that are a days drive from me as I will be dispatching my own rehab crew.
