UPDATE; 2 year old Grandbaby and a need to rehab and move into our houses in Iron River. Back in 2002 after a bad car wreck, caused by a drunk driver our lives changed. I could no longer take on part time waitress jobs to make ends meet and our credit sufferred. My husband and I started buying houses and properties at tax auctions. We were building our retirement, but now we are looking into moving there permanantly. My husband and I are currently living in the house my son purchased for us in 09 (we are paying for it while we are living in it, he lives here too). My son purchased the house due to a terrible string of bad luck ruining our own credit. Since the purchase of this house, my husband's job closed the doors. Unfortunately when my husband lost his job, he also lost the vacation check we used to pay or taxes and we stand to loose the only livable house to a 1700. tax bill. Ironically, I am now one of those people I had aimed to help. When we get established in Iron River, we plan to offer services to seniors on credit as many seniors are strapped for cash and have chores they can no longer do. We are not interested in being rich financially however, I know how to find the deals to make you rich. i will be happy enough just to feed my family and keep a roof over their head.
