I'm a Mortgage Banker/Broker and Real Estate Agent, that has been dealing with short sales, reo's, pre-foreclosure and foreclosed properties for over two years.

My partner and I created CloseMore Financial Corp. to assist homeowners with their defaulted mortgages via short sale negotiations, loan modifications, refinance options and/or sale of the property.

We work along side many homeowners, investors, developers, real estate attorneys, realtors, and title companies.

Real Estate Goals

I would like to be able to close and fund on a minimum of 4 short sale and/or foreclosed properties a month. My Goal is to be able to close and fund on 10 properties a month.

Although it may be farfetched, with the number of contacts and prospects that we have met and done business with, i believe it may very well be feasible.

We are currently negotiating short sales with about 30-35% below market value.
