I'm a beginner investor who has not yet closed a deal. I've been learning through trial and error and am looking for someone in my area who is a true wholesaler that would be willing to just let me work with them for a day or two to show me exactly what to do. Some people are hands on learners. Thats me. Keep all the money I just need the experience.

I'm willing to help out with admistrative, putting up signs, birddogging, whatever you need. As long as I can learn.
