I have been a carpenter for over 31 years, with experience as a loan officer and worked with many investors. I understand the investor and time schedules to ensure your flip is on budget and on time. Presently seeking to JV with an investor to put up capitol and I put up labor.
I invest in short sale properties, looking for a funding source.
Experience
31 years as a builder 4 homes build from the ground up foundation to completion. Work as a rep for the home owner so no contractors license has been needed so far. I work for many investors and understand their goal and time frames.
Real Estate Goals
To find an investor who would like to JV to buy a tape of homes and have me supply labor to make said properties a cash producing asset.
Currently Seeking
Investors with a vision who wants to capitalize on this market. I will relocate to the right area to make this happen.
