Real Estate Experience

We have purchased two Single Family Homes, One Duplex and One Four Plex. These are All in the same area and are doing great. Just an example the fourplex was purchased for $155,000 and put $15,000 into it. The rents are $700 per unit and I only have one left as of today.

Real Estate Goals

To buy/control and sell 10 deals a month to get chunks of cash to pay cash for rentals.
