I attended Lehigh University where I studied Civil and Structural Engineering. I would later go on to become a design engineer with Langan Engineering & Environmental Services, based in Elmwood Park, NJ.

While there, I specialized in residential, commercial, and industrial site design, working with clients like Home Depot, Wal-Mart, Target, and many municipalities including the State of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and Florida, among others. I have designed and supervised construction of well over $300,000,000 worth of residential and commercial real estate.

In working with large national developers I became hyper-aware of the challenges that came with commercial financing. As such, I transitioned from designing projects to helping finance them.

I became a senior loan officer with several residential and commercial financiers responsible for originating loans to homeowners, developers, and investors wishing to expand financing opportunities beyond the traditional lending institutions.

I am a member of the Urban Land Institute, an international organization which provides leadership in the responsible use of land and in creating and sustaining thriving communities worldwide. For two years, I served as chairman of the Young Leaders Group communications committee, a select team of real estate professionals under the age of 35.

I try to work creatively with my clients and to help them understand all the options available when purchasing, developing, and financing investment real estate.

Me, my wife, and daughter live in Nashville, TN and we have personally invested in real estate across the country.

Learning something new each day, and helping other investors and brokers accomplish their goals through education, information, and best practices in real estate.
