I will be graduating from Colorado State University in December '08 with a degree in History. I have been studying Real Estate for about two years now, and as of the summer '07, I made the decision to take action. I am working under the finest Real Estate Investor in my city as a mentoring client of his. Wholesaling is the avenue I have chosen to focus on as I am finishing up college and on the beginning of an amazing career as a real estate investor. I plan on investing full time as a real estate investor, which is why right now is so important to me. With my wholesaling money, I will support myself out of college, living meagerly, allowing me to focus 100% of my effort on succeeding in Real Estate. No job for me, unless things take a turn for the worse and I am desperate for some "peace of mind" money. There is too much money in this world! I will succeed. All I need to do is take action towards my goals and receive them.

Experience

Up to a few months ago, my experience was confined to heading to my Parent's duplex, (1031'd) into a 4plex. I was much younger at the time and didn't realize that this was to be my means to a life of abundance. However, I decided to take action and am now working under the finest real estate investor in my city as a mentoring client. I am currently learning a great deal about the business through my mentor. My real estate investing career is an open book, and I am currently writing the introduction.

Real Estate Goals

My first real estate goal is to surpass $58,000 my first year. This is starting from absolute scratch, with no money to invest.
So, by January 1, 2009, I will have $58,00+ in my bank account.
I plan on attaining this goal utilizing the leverage of my mentor via wholesaling properties.
