I'm a 49 year old investor/outdoor enthusiast. I have a wonderful wife and partner Tina. 3 great kids, 2 of which are raised and a 14 yr old at home. I have been selling and investing in Real Estate for over 25 years. I sold many of our rental homes, multi units, land in the path of growth etc into the "Cali craze" and with that and buying,fixing and flipping numerous homes at a big profit. My wife and I were able to build our "dream home" in the boonies up by Lake Tahoe, Ca. I love all things investing and am a sponge to learn. I also LOVE to teach and am a coach for foreclosures.com, where I learned most of what I know about how to flip homes profitably.

Experience

Sold tons of RE. Bought lots of rentals, flippers, land in the path of growth and exchanged most for NNN Commercial properties. My tenants include Enterprise Rent A Car, Auto Zone, Subway, State Farm and many others. In and out of California

Real Estate Goals

I've slowed way down on my own investing. I do like well secured notes, more Commercial properties. Easy "mailbox money stuff" I look at a lot of "deals" and am choosy and only pull the trigger on "great deals" these days. I choose to play more these days but used to really "work it"

Currently Seeking

Coaching students for me through foreclosures.com I am open to deal ideas, but honestly not very aggressively pursuing much.
