I am a full time computer programmer for IBM in east lansing mi. I live in lansing mi and I am about to partake on investing in MI real estate with partners. I worked for Ross Perot and EDS from 1979 to 1995. I did the Y2K gig and traveled to NJ, NYC, Redondo Beach ca, Springfield Ma, St Louis MO and Hartford CT over a 3 year period changing that silly 2 digit date to 4 digits at 100 bucks an hour (lol).

Experience

I have owned rentals before and I was a licensed realtor in CO from 1985 until 2001. I always had a double career with programming and real estate so nothing has changed there (lol).

Real Estate Goals

We have cash now and we are doing SFR flips in Phoenix, Michigan, Colorado and Seattle. Does anyone have any deals to share? We will do JV partnerships. WE require 30k net profit on each house minimum but a lot of our sfr flips will be 40k to 60k net profits before taxes.
