In my own words...

I am an independent international investor and consultant for real-estate projects and renewable energy resources. I hold several positions including Vice Presidency of M.I.B, Inc, Investor, Loan Officer and Consultant. I have the ability to do deals upwards of $50MM. We generally will take a look at commercial real estate projects that need funding starting at $1MM and up. We like working with serious players who have the cash to cover closing costs, points, and fees up front.

We also have the ability to make hard money loans with rates from 6-12%, with points and fees being different with every deal.

We are always looking to fund other projects as well such as gold expansion loans, factoring of your Account Receivables and or Medical receivables, in addition to providing lump sums of money for those who would like to cash in for a lump sum on their lottery winnings, structured settlement, annuity or pension. We are one of the only sources I know of that have the contacts and strategies available to cash in pension plans.

We are always on the look out for legitimate Down Payment Assistance Programs and are currently in the need of a $2MM intermediary lender that will earn 10% in about 90 days 100% risk free. Your ROI will come out of the permanent financing that we already have in place.

If you are a private money source looking to purchase properties at pennies on the dollar, we have those on hand for sale as well.

In addition we are also looking to purchase multi-million dollar homes. If you own, or know someone that owns a home in this price range they've had trouble getting off the market, then please contact us.

Real Estate Experience

I have been in Real Estate my entire life. I am a loan officer at Main Street Financial bank. I have flown all over the country learning different strategies to use when lending, buying or selling. It is my honor to have met and worked with people such as Peter Fortunato, John Schaub, Millard Fuller (founder of Habitat for Humanity), Brian Adams, Zig Ziglar, Montel Williams, Les Brown, Jim Rohn, Walter Wofford, Jackie Lange and so many others. I invest through our own private bank, and through other private money sources. I also purchase for my own portfolio.

I started out years ago by purchasing owner- financed notes and mortgages (or commonly known as seller carry-backs.)

I am knowledgeable about traditional lending,new lending, Roth IRA's, 1031 Tax-Differed exchanges, private investing and have a knack for closing deals and finding money that nobody else had the ability to do, until you met me.

I take what can not be done, or what no one else has the money to do, and I make it happen. My only goal is to help others.... and in doing this my own personal goals will be achieved.
