I am a former electronics technician, and now involved in various aspects of investing, mainly day-trading and forex. I am investigating different possibilities in real estate investing.

Experience

I am still in the "research" phase of real estate investing, and have studied a few different investment courses.


Real Estate Goals

I am looking to locate mainly probate and inheritance properties which I can put under contract, and find cash buyers to whom I can assign the contracts for a fee.
I will eventually acquire some of these properties for myself, for cash flow.


Currently Seeking

Cash buyers who are looking for deeply discounted properties to acquire for their own cash flow.
