Recent move to FL so I am now going to wholesale, rehab and also buy some residential real estate to hold & rent.
Experience
Residential landlord 15 years. Have studied Commercial Real Estate for 2 1/2 years. Have worked with a few different investor groups in both residential and commercial endeavors.
Real Estate Goals
Focus on commercial real estate and to take advantage of the foreclosure & short sale opportunities. This year would like to close on at least 2 commercial properties.
Also will begin wholesaling, rehab, buy & hold residential short sales and foreclosures.
Currently Seeking
Residential Short sale, foreclosure properties in Brevard county to wholesale, rehab, buy & hold.
Commercial properties over leveraged &/or under-performing.
