I started in real estate investing as a defensive measure when the auto industry started to tank in 2004 and my day job was in jeopardy.
I did the retail real-tard thing at first, and I quickly realized that the real ROI was in investing.
I started doing flips and wholesale deals, but with my day job they took way too much time to manage, so I shifted to buy and hold.
I still do an occasional flip or wholesale deal, but my two primary areas of focus are acquiring apartment buildings and building my turn-key rental house business.
Right now I'm waiting for the coming crash of the US dollar.
Once that gets sorted out, those that have prepared now will reap the benefits.
I plan to do a lot of reaping!
Nothing actually!
I have my action plan set and I have all the private money I need to execute it.
