Real Estate Goals

My goals is to work in the real estate industry full time. I am currently working full-time in the corporate world as an IT manager. I am looking leave the corporate world and work for myself. I am getting a RE license and plan to be an agent and an Investor, with more emphasis on the investor. My plan of being an agent is only temporary as I gain enough capital to only be a RE investor.
