I'm a mortgage broker / investor looking to get into investing full time. I have several short sales in my pipeline and expect to close on 2 of those shortly. I am also interested in wholesaling, sub2s, rent2own, notes,and apartments. My wife owns a real estate company as well and this should help the process. We are looking to partner on any of these types of deals.

Experience

have done several rehabs and several lease to own deals and have been a landlord ( I didn't like that ).

Real Estate Goals

To do 5-10 deals per month for the next couple of years. Build a portfolio for long term investing and possibly add apatments to the mix ( using a mgmt co).
