i started out in REI last year and own a few fourplexes in the east bay and one in stockton...would love to buy at least a few more in stockton...but for some reason..i am unable to find one at the right price.....goal is to have 80 apartment units in the next 3 years, and replace our incomes completely...unfortunately, based on our experience in the 1st year, we might need to get more than 80 units to reach our goal...but i believe we are on the right track!!

BP has been a great source of info during the first year and i appreciate and thank the folks here for their inputs and support!! could have done this with BP
