I am currently working with a commericial funding group that will soon be their own private lender. We use private funds to fund and loan on various projects like from commercial, mining, energy, contract funding etc. Also I work with American Capital Investments Corp (ACIC). We market billions of distressed, discounted or very nice price properties.

Finance 100M in private loans. Sell 500 REOs. Buy atleast 50 of my own REOs and have them tenanted with end buyers with cash flow to retire if i wanted to.
I am currently seeking real REO buyers/investors. My seller client who I am direct to, have checked out and have been in their office currently have around 900 REO homes ready to go. Homes can be purchased individually or in bulk. 70% have photos, site inspection, clean title, warranty deeds etc. Can be purchased around 15k. Our management company will tenant the property with new buyer, seller finance it from 32-50k+ on a 30 yrs land contract at 10%. This can be done in 90 days or less. We also have buyers lined up to buy these tenanted properties starting at 22k. So you can buy around 15k sell 22k make 40%+ in approx 90 days. I do not know of a better low risk high return opportunity out there.
