I have a degree in construction management and an interest in real estate investing. I am currently employed as an estimator and am great at crunching #'s, but have had a trouble getting my feet wet in the real estate investing industry. I've got a lot to learn and still looking for the right deal!

I currently own my personal residence that I have been renovating.
Real Estate Goals
Short Term:
Create short term wealth by buying and renovating distressed properties in stable neighborhoods.
Medium Term:
Develop a real estate investing business and build a portfolio of rental properties in order to be financially independent. I would like to own approximately 20 properties in 7-10 years.
Currently Seeking
Distressed properties in stable communities in the Northland of Kansas City to fix and flip.
