In my own words...

I am a 21 year old, going into my senior year of college at the University of Missouri. I am here (and in the books) soaking up as much information I can about real estate. I hope to be purchasing my first property and become a landlord shortly after I graduate in May, as well as starting to wholesale property to develop a solid income.

Real Estate Experience

I do not have any experience yet in the real estate world. I am looking to figure out where I will be spending the years after I graduate and then will jump into the market.

Real Estate Goals

1) Absorb as much real estate information I can before I graduate in May of '09.

2) Have my first property shortly after I graduate. Have enough rentals that I can live off cash flow fresh out of grad. school.

Currently Seeking

I would like to eventually have a mentor who would be able to help be in the buy and hold aspect of real estate. I would also like to get help with using wholesaling to generate money as well. Ideally I would like to have someone who can help me acquire properties with very little of my own money because I will still be in graduate school and would like to keep most of the money I have saved.
