In my own words...

I'm relatively new to real estate investing, and I'm doing it on a part-time basis. I have a full time job as a Software Engineer. I grew up in Flushing, NY, and currently live in western Union County, NJ.

Real Estate Experience

I'm relatively new to real estate investing. I've owned 5 different homes in NJ, and follow the local real estate market pretty closely. I also own a rental in Buffalo, NY.

Real Estate Goals

I'm interested in partnering with contractors and/or other investors in NJ and surrounding areas on REI projects. Buy, hold, rent and fix & fliip are both acceptable exit strategies for me.
