I invest in real estate on a part-time basis. I have a full time job as a Software Engineer. I grew up in Flushing, NY, and currently live in western Union County, NJ.

Experience

I invest in real estate on a part time basis. I've owned 5 different homes in NJ, and follow the local real estate market pretty closely. I also own rentals in western NY state.


Real Estate Goals

I'm interested in multi-family properties in western and central NY state. I'm also interested in partnering with contractors and/or other investors in NJ and surrounding areas on REI projects. Buy, hold, rent and fix & fliip are both acceptable exit strategies for me.


Currently Seeking

Cashflowing properties in western/central NY state and NJ.
