Our company is a real estate investment company that specializes in buying underperforming properties in Southern Ontario. We are looking for something we can force appreciation, refinance, and then hold for the long term. We are looking at 20 units and larger for residential multifamily, and we are looking for other commercial buildings that must have both some kind of occupancy and some kind of vacancy. They must be capable of having more than a single tenant in the short term.
