Real Estate Experience

I'm learning something new every day. I have three buy and hold properties right now. Each purchase is cash flowing a little more.

Real Estate Goals

My short term goal is to buy three single family homes a year.

Long term, I want to have enough passive income to retire from my job as a Computer Programmer before I am 35.

Currently Seeking

Finding a bank that will only require 10% would be great. :)
