Greetings!

My name is Jesse Kirchhoff. I found a link to this site from one of the Contractor Forums where we were talking about investment properties. My father and I are partnering up for "improve and flips". He is a retired contractor with a little investment money - and I am a general contractor (remodeling) and have the marketing experience, crew, equipment, warehouse, contacts, etc. I was born and raised in Mid MO and currently service the entire area Jefferson City/Columbia/Lake of the Ozarks.

I have been lurking for a while, reading posts and getting the feel of the board and its members. This seems like a really good bunch of folks on here. I know absolutely nothing about investment properties but am eager to learn. I plan to contribute and share whenever I can - but it may not be much at first. I would like to thank you for this excellent resource and I'll see you around the board.

I have bought, improved and sold 2 properties. One that we lived in and one that we rented.

Real Estate Goals

To purchase "diamonds in the rough" and improve them for resale. I prefer quality over quantity in my investments but will provide what ever the market requires.
