In my own words...

I am an accountant/part time investor.
I purchased my first investment property
(a duplex) in Aug 2007. I am looking to
network with other investors/ real estate professionals in the Atlanta area. I am also open to working with a
mentor especially in lease purchase/
rent to own investing.

Real Estate Experience

Started LMD Properties LLC in Nov 2006.
Worked with RE agent to find first investment property. Closed on first deal Aug 2007 ( a duplex in Lithonia, GA)

Real Estate Goals

Looking to fund my long term strategy
of buy and hold properites with at least
5 lease purchase dealse in 2008. Waiting to see how mortgage lending crisis affects housing prices before making additional buy and hold deals.

10 yr goal - Own a 65+ unit apartment complex
