I am looking to network with experienced investors so that I can get some indepth knowledge about real estate birddogging and wholesaling. Have learned many online techniques that allow purchase of property no money down. Have completed 2 different courses on real estate investing.

Real Estate Goals

Hope to be making at least the salary that I did when I had a job. That was $40,000. Would like to own 30 buy and hold deals that will create a monthly income of $10,000.

Currently Seeking

Seeking a 324 unit building. My first real deal. I will be working with 2 other investors and we will share 1% consulting fee. We will match a buyer with the seller.
