I truly believe that 100% of everything is mental.
On a lighter note, I m from France originally, from a tiny place that does not even qualify as a village, I was leaving in the woods up until 8 yrs old.
Now I live in the san francisco bay area, I am a nurse in psychiatry.
I am ambitious and want to retire from real estate investments soon. And I will, as I always achieve what I set myself to do.
I do love money, but I am not materialistic, I want to buy myself time, not things so much.
I love dogs, especially my rottweiler puppy Thea.
Experience
My first property I was happy to break even. On the second one, I did a little better. Finally I learned my lessons on the 3red one and that one cash flows nicely. Now I am motivated.
Real Estate Goals
I want to accumulate sfh, duplexes, quads in high cash flow areas such as texas, indianapolis,..
I hope to retire from my investment in less than 5 yrs.
