I am a newbie, I am looking for any advice from seasoned RE investors. I would like to get into wholesaling because it requires little or no capital to start. Once i become proficient in that area, i will expand from there.

Experience

I went to the 3 day training offered by rich dad poor dad, it gave me a pretty good overview of the current RE market and various ways to purchase and sell a property. I just recently joined my local REIA hoping to expand my network.


Real Estate Goals

I'd like to have my first deal closed by the ending of this year.
