Hello.
I am a seasoned commercial real estate broker in the Tampa Bay area, specializing in retail and multi-family. Lately, I have been concentrating on distressed or toxic commercial assets. I also perform commercial BPO's or BOV's.
Another niche I am getting into is NNN assets. I've cultivated a good group of buyers and their criteria is very specific, so I am always in search of a good NNN deal.
