I keep a mixed portfolio of rentals, buy and hold, and some rehab to sell.

Real Estate Experience

I bought my first sfh at 20 years old and paid "retail", 10 years later I still owe on this property. I continued to buy a few houses while I was in the military and decided to get out so I can focus on my area and be close to it. In the last 1.5 years I acquired 19 homes and have 12 of them rented out. I live comfortably from my cashflow with out working a 9-5.

Real Estate Goals

I plan to have 25 cashflow properties by 2010.
