In my own words...

I am husband to a beautiful lady and father to the happiest kid I've ever known. I'm incredibly blessed working as part of a real estate development team in Cruces with awesome people. I set out to grow my wealth by building a real estate business that I can manage without having to be present every single day.

Real Estate Experience

I currently work with a land development company. Through this work, I have gained experience in preparing equity and debt investment packages to be presented to investors and lenders. I also maintain our company's relationships with 4-5 banks. Another focus is to ensure that our projects are approved on a timely basis by city and county planners, as well as preparing and making presentations to obtain approval through the public hearing process. Lastly, I prepare detailed budget analyzes for our various projects and oversee our bookkeeping accounting to insure proper and secure record keeping and ensure we stay within our project budgets.

Real Estate Goals

1) Create business systems to allow me to grow and work on the business and not in the business. 2)Wholesale enough properties to free up existing lines of credit and create cash reserves. 3)Rehab and retail 2 properties per month at all times for larger cash inflows. 4) Acquire 25 properties to rent/hold with a $250 monthly cashflow each.
