In my own words...

I am 23 years old and am currently finishing my college degree in Education. I first started getting into real estate when I saw my mother was very succesful in doing so years ago. Then, one night I saw an informercial, I bought the book for $19.95 and have not backed down since. I am a very self motivated individual who will succeed in what I do. The past 5 months I have been on the learning road, and hopefully soon I will do my first deal.

1 year- be debt free! $120-150K
2-5 years-become a real estate millionaire!
